Front Desk/Admin (Part Time)
Be the friendly face and voice of our academy. You'll welcome new families, build relationships with prospective members, answer questions, schedule appointments, and help people take the first step toward changing their lives through martial arts.

Front Desk Admin
As our Front Desk Admin, you'll help keep our academy running smoothly while creating an outstanding experience for every member and prospective student who walks through our doors, calls the academy, or reaches out online.
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, making outbound calls, responding to emails and social media messages, and keeping customer information organized and up to date. You must be organized, detail oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is coachable, and brings a positive energy to the team.
Salary will be based on experience. We are willing to train the right individual.
